Terms of use
- MarketViva.ai is operated by ClearMessage and is in a pilot. Accounts are created by the platform admins; there is no self sign-up.
- Replies from the AI Employees are generated by OpenAI through our server. They are drafts for you to review, not professional, legal or regulatory advice.
- Nothing is sent, posted or published without your approval.
- The full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are published before the paid launch.
Privacy
- Your account and your setup (such as your business profile, strategy brief and your answers for each AI Employee) are stored in your organization's account on our server (Supabase, our database provider).
- When you write to an AI Employee, your message, the recent conversation and your saved setup go through our server to OpenAI, which generates the reply.
- Your conversations with the AI Employees are kept in this browser for now, and cleared when you sign out.
- A website scan, only when you ask for one, has our server fetch that one public page.
